Ernest Antoine
Managing Director and President
Ernie Antoine is a
qualified psychologist and management consultant specialising in
cross-cultural learning and development in organisations and global
leadership. He provides consulting services in the areas of culture,
psychology and leadership. Trained at Harvard University, his approach
is aimed to produce profound and sustainable changes in leaders and
organisations. In 2003 Ernie pioneered the psycho-cultural approach to
leadership development which was instantly valued by leaders working
internationally. He has since designed and delivered culturally
specific leadership programs in many countries and organisations for
over 1500 current and emerging leaders. As a master trainer Ernie has
also coached other trainers on all aspects of group facilitation and
coaching.

Deborah Rhodes
Director and Vice President
Deborah is a consultant in international development, specialising in facilitating groups of people to undertake planning, activity design, monitoring/assessment and learning processes in cross cultural contexts. Her career has a foundation in Government and non-profit aid agencies and she is now recognised for her expertise in capacity development approaches relevant to Asian and Pacific countries. She has particular interest in the intersection between cultural values and capacity development. Deborah has skills in facilitation, cross cultural communication, training and all aspects of aid program management, including design and monitoring. Since 1986, Deborah has worked in Pacific Island, Indian Ocean and Caribbean countries as well as Indonesia, China, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Raymond Thomas

Raymond is a facilitator, trainer and a performance improvement coach. He has collaborated with both local and multinational organisations to provide value added learning experiences that are aligned to common organisational goals and productivity enhancements. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (State University of New York at Buffalo, USA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia). He also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and a Certificate in Behavioural and Career Consulting.

Simon Simon is a human resource specialist with extensive experience in
Indonesia. His expertise in human
resource management in Indonesia comes from a 15-year involvement with global
and regional organisations in the country. From recruitment to performance management,
from learning and development to workforce planning, Simon's knowledge of HR
practices is outstanding. In addition
Simon is an accomplished HR strategist.
He has provided strategic advice to large organisations during periods
of major change. Fluent in both English
and Indonesian, Simon is an excellent cross cultural communicator with strong skills for building high performance teams in global organisations.

Dr Paul Power
Senior Advisor, Thought Leader
Dr Paul Power has extensive expertise in organisational psychology from a career spanning university teaching and research at the University of Melbourne, the University of Queensland and the Johns Hopkins University (USA), and more than 25 years in consulting, with John P Young & Associates, Cullen Egan Dell and Hay Group. In collaboration with his clients, he has developed and conducted assessment centres and leadership development programs; undertaken research to develop competency frameworks; coached senior executives; developed innovative performance management systems; and created programs to enhance emotional intelligence. From 1998 to 2007, he led the Hay Group's Asia-Pacific work on emotional intelligence, collaborating with Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis and the McClelland Centre for Innovation and Research in Boston. Paul has delivered successful business solutions for a wide range of organisations, including Woodside, Unilever, IBM, and Orica, ANZ Banking Group to name a few. In 2005-2006, as a Director of Hay Group, Paul led the design team to develop and implement a national leadership development program for Australian school principals from all States and Territories and from government, non-government and Catholic schools. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Education and the Diploma in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a PhD from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society.

Dr Fiona Price

Fiona is Australia's leading specialist and trainer in intercultural
relations in organisations. Based on from her research she has written a
book called "Success with Asian Names" which informs her training
program which has been delivered to universities, colleges and secondary
schools with significant numbers of international students. Her
expertise is in high demand from both public and private sector
organisations.
