Repatriation services will ensure your returning staff members are successfully reintegrated into life and work back home.  Specific repatriation services include:

• Debriefing services ensure staff and their families have the opportunity to talk about their experiences overseas and their expectations about the future
• Careers coaching gives staff an opportunity to map short and medium term career goals and identify ways of achieving them
• Resettlement support is a medium term support for staff and families to address more complex issues of repatriation. This is especially true for those who have been on long overseas trips for whom re-entry can pose special challenges.
