WHAT DO WE DO?
We provide human
resource management solutions to organisations that operate in culturally
diverse environments.
These organisations
can be located either within, or external to, Australia.
We have two streams of
offerings:
- Expatriate Services: Solutions for organisations that deploy personnel to overseas locations
where issues of cultural diversity exist. Locations can be external to Australia or within Australia. Expatriate Services
- International Development: We specialise in leadership and management
programs for organisations in developing countries. In our customised
programs we build capabilities that are most likely to work in
participants' cultural context. Through our action learning projects participants will turn their
new skills to strengthen the performance of their organisations. All participants are also encouraged and supported to apply for a
Certificate of Management issued by an Australian tertiary institution.
