TRAINING PROGRAMS AND COURSES

Leadership Strategies provides cross cultural training and briefing to help your people to work successfully with partners, associates and colleagues with different cultural backgrounds.  The cross cultural training and briefing program is a pre-deployment orientation activity.  Delivered in workshop format it raises participants' awareness of cross cultural issues, their impact on organisational behaviour and strategies to deal with them.  This activity includes:

  • Pre-workshop questionnaire to establish learning priorities
  • Completion of Cross Cultural Adaptability Inventory to establish participants' current cross cultural skills
  • Completion of the Intercultural Conflict Styles inventory to identify their preferred style in managing conflict; it also highlights the preferred conflict management style used in a given host country and how the two styles would interact
  • Two-day workshop raises cross cultural awareness and develop strategies for successful cross cultural deployment

Our cross cultural awareness training is based on scientific research which shows a strong correlation between cultural awareness and job performance.  So our training focuses on those specific skills which are essential for your success globally.
